In-Stock Jewelry

We accept returns and exchanges of in-stock jewelry within thirty (30) days of delivery, subject to a 10% restocking fee. Return shipping is free for US customers. To be eligible for a refund, your jewelry must be returned to us in its original, unworn condition with all packaging contents. To initiate a refund, please contact us at info@rockfaery.com for return instructions. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of our receipt of the returned item(s), and will be issued to the original form of payment. Products marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns.

Custom and Bespoke Jewelry

Custom and Bespoke jewelry are not eligible for a return; but rest assured that every effort will be made to ensure that you are satisfied with your jewelry purchase from Rock Faery. If you are not completely satisfied with your custom-created jewelry, please contact us at info@rockfaery.com, and we will do our best to make things right.
